Empty Project List
An empty state that leads to action: an illustrated folder with floating sheets, a "Create project" button that reveals the list; deleting the last project brings the empty state back.
No dependency: paste the HTML into your page, the CSS into your stylesheet, and the JavaScript into a function that receives the parent element (root).
