Form Error Summary
An error summary alert at the top of a form: on submit it lists every error as a link that jumps to the field; each fix strikes its line live, the counter drops, and when all is fine the alert turns green.
No dependency: paste the HTML into your page, the CSS into your stylesheet, and the JavaScript into a function that receives the parent element (root).
